This product is awesome! It flies well, doesn't hurt your pet's mouth, and last a long time. To bad the customer service at The Doggie Bag wasn't awesome as well. We specifically chose to pay more for this item at this webstore because we could request a specific color. They sent what they wanted without an email or call. My daughter was very disappointed.
